We are seeking entrepreneurial candidates who believe in starting a challenging and rewarding sales career in the financial advisory services industry, and who aspires to provide sound financial advice.

We are looking for good inter-personal skills, positive attitude, strong self-discipline and the drive to succeed in what they set out for. If you possess these qualities, we will be glad to offer you the opportunity to become a professional in the financial services industry. Successful consultants in our industry can potentially earn up to S$120,000 per year within three years, with subsequent progression to agency management as an AIA Financial Services Agency Manager. The Financial Services Agency Manager position is a leadership role where you will recruit a group of consultants, train and supervise them.
As an AIA FSC, you will be provided with a structured platform where you may gain the relevant licensing requirements and receive a comprehensive 90 days training programme and continuous training forever. This will be most useful to you in acquiring the relevant skills and knowledge when building up your business.

An initial financial assistance of up to S$4,000* and performance-based commissions* is also available.

Our experienced team of Managers and FSCs will also be to guide you hand-on to share with you their experiences in the various aspects of our business so that you may benefit from a fast and guided start to your career.
