Our Background

Elpis Financial Pte Ltd (Elpis) was formerly known as Elpis Associates Pte Ltd.
Elpis started as a life insurance broking business. With the introduction of the
Financial Advisers Act (FAA) in 2001, life insurance brokers come under the ambit
of the FAA. There was a need for the company to reflect this change.
Hence, to better reflect the business that Elpis now provides, Elpis Associates
Pte Ltd was changed to Elpis Financial Pte Ltd.

The Financial Adviser Licence (FA-095016-2) was issued to Elpis on 25 February 2003
as required under the FAA 2001. Elpis is a well-established firm seeking to capitalise
on the vast potential market in providing an integrated one-stop wealth management services.
The company has assembled a team with more than 90 years of business, management and financial
advisory experience.

Elpis is the Greek work for “Hope”. We trust that you will find it meaningful in
