3 to 6 months Temporary Assignment

Main Duties

Handling credit card outstanding accounts. Manage front-end collections.


The Requirements:-

Min GCE'O' levels.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to service Mandarin speaking customers
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good communication and negotiation skills
Positive and willing to learn attitude.
Must be able to start work immediate and able to commit at least 3 months.

* Candidates with call center experience are welcome to apply.

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6:00pm

Salary: $7 - $8/ hour
