Accounts Administrator


Job description / responsibilities:

Generate sales invoices and credit note and ensure payments are received.
Reconcile bank accounts and accounts receivable ledger.
Maintain aged debtor report according to company policy and follow up with clients with outstanding balance.
Work with outside debt collector to retrieve company bad debts.
Maintain vendors account information in system, file vendor contracts and invoices.
Prepare and process monthly payroll and commissions report.
Lodge and maintain CPF and insurance accounts.
Manage and support other HR functions as required.
Generate monthly PandL and cash flow report.
Work with company accountant for yearly tax audit and generate audited company financial report.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Comply with government legal requirement by researching and consulting company accountant and advise management on needed actions.
