Admin Assistant


Responsibilities:

- Receive booking calls or mails from Supplier/Unit
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries from Supplier /Units return
- Generate Goods receipt Note for warehouse receipt staff to accept physical goods and Supplier/Unit
- Update data into system once goods accepted by QAI
- Generate Good Rejection Slip for Supplier to collect back the rejected goods
- Provide day to day support for all the data entry and warehouse requirements for all Systems
- Perform other related function as and when required

Requirements:

- Minimum GCE’O’ level and above with experience in admin
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- PC literate
- 5 Days Work Week
- Only Singaporeans
