Admin and Office Support Executive


The Admin and Office Support Executive must be able to work independently and report to the Manager in all aspect of office support and administrative duties.
• Perform administrative support to the team and assist in proper documentations.
• Key all payment (bank and cash vouchers attached with tax invoice) into MYOB system and ensure proper filling.
• Follow up and ensure with clients on their bank details. Keep track and update Fixed Assets list every month.
• Check on bank statement on accounts receivable and ensure the amount tally with the sales invoices.
• Prepare commission report and payment on weekly basis.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides for upcoming events / seminars.
• Assist in events arrangements and preparation.
• Attend to members’ questions on their commission and other enquires.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from the Customers.
• Manage all sales invoices and ensure all information are recorded.
• Handle and process sales orders based on customer’s requirement and assist in delivery arrangement for customers.
• Manage and keep track of closing stocks, ensure that stocks take are keyed into the system.
• Manage new customers’ applications and documents verification.
• Support the customer service team on some administrative duties.
