Administrative Clerk


JOB DESCRIPTION:
- General administrative and clerical duties
- Manage emails and phone calls
- Filling / Photocopying / Scanning
- Data Entry
- Assist other Departments (HR/Marketing/Sales/Finance)
- Perform other ad-hoc Duties assigned by Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduates (University / Polytechnic / ITE), A-Level Graduate, Diploma
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel
- Organised, Good time management
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Able to work independently, team-player
- Receptive to feedback
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents ONLY
