Administrative Executive (Full-time/ Part-time)

• Manage office supplies to ensure optimum level are maintained such as general stationery (i.e. paper, printer toner and etc)
• Provide support on clerical duties, some of which are maintaining records of contracts/ agreements, prepare and manage correspondence, invoices, bill payments, cheque deposits, photocopying, faxing and maintaining database.
• Maintain and control efficient filing system of all documents
• Need to make phone calls and handle these calls in a professional manner. Do not need to make cold calls or sales related calls.
• Any ad-hoc duty that would be assigned time to time.

This position is only open to Singaporean/PR or those who hold valid residency status
