BIM Coordinator - MEP (Buildings)

DESCRIPTION

An A1 multinational company operating in the Southeast Asia, our client has a strong track record in the engineering design, management and construction services across all the disciplines in the building and infrastructure industries. Currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill BIM Coordinator (MEP) position urgently. Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

- Reports to the BIM Manager, main duty is to coordinate
design matters between the consultants and contractors.

- Study and review tender and other related drawings for
BIM model building for design development,
construction and fabrication/shop drawings.

- Utilization of BIM software for effective coordination and
collaboration with other trades and disciplines,
construction sequence, buildability and as-built models.

- Assist with the model and drawing productions.

- Able to do other related task.

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of experience working for a contractor
in mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revit MEP modeling
applications

- Knowledge of BIM coordination tools such as
Navisworks is desirable.
