Buddy Clean Workshop – Facilitators
Cornerstone Enrichment offers specialised programmes to primary, secondary schools and tertiary institutions in Singapore. We are a specialised training institution in the education industry, equipping youth all over Singapore with 21st century skills that will enable them to be responsible citizens and problem-solvers. Our aim is to empower our youths to be ingenious, resilient, exemplary and caring individuals.
Through our programmes and events, Cornerstone brings students in direct contact with role-models, experienced trainers, entrepreneurs and professionals from the industries. We mentor them on their projects and provide the crucial link between education and industries.

We are looking for facilitators who are keen to conduct a workshop teaching P3 and P4 students various cleaning skills to keep the school clean. Students will be introduced to the consequences of littering and why they need to keep the school clean. Teaching aids such as a video and learning booklet will be used to help the students better understand how to keep their environment clean. Students will undergo activities to learn how to communicate effectively, listen actively and work together as a team to keep the school clean. Students will be given cleaning tools to conduct a 50 mins cleaning work in school. Lead facilitators and facilitators will have to be with the students ensuring they are practising the cleaning skills being taught in class. Each workshop is 3 hours not inclusive of 20-30 min recess.
All candidates will begin as a facilitator. Facilitators who are proactive and perform well will be considered for the Lead Facilitator role in future projects.
Minimum O Level or Higher Nitec.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Passionate in the area of work related to the character development of youths through soft skills and experiential learning.
Able to communicate effective, good presentation skills, multitasking, proactive positive mindset and friendly personality. Be inspiring to inspire!
Relevant experience (e.g. CCA, working knowledge of Singapore's Education system, facilitation, volunteer works in community centre)
Possess good conceptualization skills to understand learning methodology / concepts / programmes.
Current students who are 18 years old and above are welcomed to apply.
