Chef (Executive/Assistant)


Responsibilities :
• Over management of Central Kitchen and Warehouse
• Improve Effectiveness and Efficiency
• Strategize the functions and purpose of Central Kitchen
• Ensure Food Quality and Hygiene
• Ensure smooth training for new staffs
• Ensure all staff are well trained, follows Rule and regulation, read Memos
• Proper cash handling on stock ordering
• Attend Company Meeting and conduct Kitchen Meeting in regular basic
• Plan, Design and Execute the Change of Dishes, Menu, Products
• Work closely with other departments in any form of works or project
• Take care of Kitchen Staff’s Welfare and Safety
• Backup for Kitchen Staffs
• Equipped with all basic skills at Kitchen as per Kitchen Helpers
Requirements :
• At least O level, related fields graduate or certificate
• Proficient in Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
• At least 2 years experience in related fields and F and B Industry
• Work as a team, 6 days work week 9am-6.30pm
• Ability to handle work stress and work as a team
• Location : FoodAxis
• Bilingual in Chinese and English
