Community Ambassador


Job Description :

We’re looking for a self-starter to support our community manager in managing our complex of space for startups, traditional businesses, regional offices of national firms, small businesses, and freelancers . This person will be responsible for maximizing our occupancy through outstanding customer service, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, running the day-to-day operations as well as ad-hoc and regular member events.


Requirements :
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or Hospitality
• At least 1 year of work experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or business operations preferred
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to connect well with people; warm and approachable
• Team player who can also work independently
• Reliable, inquisitive, patient
• Passion for delighting customers
• Professional demeanor
• Enjoys continuous change and improvement
• High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move fast and get things done
• Prior experience in front desk duties at a coworking space a plus


Responsibilities :
• Facilitating outstanding customer service
• Supporting the sales process from lead to member
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment via industrious hospitality initiatives
• Resolve member issues with professionalism and patience
• Conduct sales tours for new or potential members and maintain high occupancy among existing members
• Supporting community initiatives designed to develop member relationships
• Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
• Overseeing and executing daily operations
