Customer Service Assistant


My client is a Japanese MNC in the logistics business for more than 30 years, specializing in defense and government sectors. Currently they have expanded to aviation and healthcare logistics.

Responsibilities:

- Answer to customer’s enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face and passing them on to appropriate department
- Entering customer or guest information onto a computer database
- Give information and assist in solving customer’s problems
- Ensure that the enquiry or problem is resolved or escalated, when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as required


Requirements:

- Keen to details
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Has strong communication skills
- Able to work on initiative and has problem solving skills
- Can work on alternate Saturdays half day
- Singaporeans only
