Customer Service Coordinator

Working hours: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8am-12pm

• To attend phone calls and process all orders accurately within the stipulated cut-off date and time
• Process invoices, ensure no discrepancy in the purchase order as well as to support and perform administrative function
• Assist in daily stock count and inventory replenishment
• Perform any other administrative functions

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/"O" Level
• Prior customer service experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to converse with Mandarin speaking customers because have customers from China
