Customer Service Cum Admin Assistant


We are currently looking for a customer service cum admin assistant,preferably with relevant experience in telemarketing and call centre.The candidate will make phone calls to customers to arrange for appointments and ensure they turn up on time.No cold calling is required as leads will be provided.Apart from telemarketing,the candidate shall perform clerical duties such as filing,invoicing,data entry and attending to customers' enquires or complaints.The candidate must converse well in English and tagalog as they are required to deal with customers and co-workers from the Philippines.All with prior experience are welcome to apply.
