Customer Service Executive


Job Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Executive must work closely with our Customers to provide them with information to address inquiries regarding products and services.
• Attend to incoming calls and walk-in customers.
• Handle and process sales orders based on customer’s requirements.
• Manage new customers’ applications and documents verification.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communications.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution. Ensure documents are collected from Customers to proceed with necessary products exchange and refund.
• Do simple translation from English to Chinese for some documents and presentations.
• Assist and participate in Company’s Seminars and Events preparation, make outgoing sales calls to customers to share the upcoming Seminars and Events, ensure that number of attendees target are met.
• Provide support to broadcasting team during Seminars and Events.
• Perform administrative support, data updates and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and support.
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Hospitality or any field.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Bubbly, confident and outgoing individual with positive attitude.
• Customer oriented and ability to adapt / respond to difference situations.
• Able to work well with different level of personnel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to do simple translation and to handle Chinese speaking Customers).
