Mon to Fri, 10am to 7pm / 11am to 8pm



Work Location:

Office Building Near Tai Seng MRT



Nearest MRT:

Tai Seng MRT (5 min walk)



Bus Services:

8, 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 70, 76, 80 and 158

Candidate will assist in the following activities:

- Handling Administrative Matters

- Handling customer enquiries

- Manage Database

- Supporting Daily Business Operations

- Delivering good customer service standards

- Communicating and liaising with Clients and external vendors

- Processing payments and official documents

- Handle Online Marketing (Social Media and Web Marketing)

- Coordinate and Handle Project and Assignments



Requirements:

- No experience needed

- Fresh graduates welcomed

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must

- Go getter and keen learner

- Highly self-driven and motivated

- Organized and customer-oriented

- Flexible and willing to stretch beyond current comfort zone

- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task work efficiently against deadline

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
