Engineering Assistant Packaging

Primary Job Purpose:
 Familiar with different customer specific packaging and validation
requirements / standards.
 Liaise with local packaging material suppliers and develop cost
effective packaging for outbound.
 Create new packaging part using GES and CR/CN process and
documentation.
 Assist in training operators on new packaging.
 Lead lean improvements in packaging.
Job Requirements:
 Experience in product design.
 Lean and Real world transportation knowledge.
 Knowledge in Auto CAD to design and release packaging drawings.
 Carton box manufacturing process knowledge.
 Excellent communication skills with global cross functional teams,
customers and suppliers.
