FPSO Production supervisor - Urgent

Responsible for carrying out project activities, pre-commissioning / commissioning.
Discharge the duties of Permit coordinator, responsible for the implementation, control and monitoring of the Permit to Work system.
Involved in all the major factory acceptance tests and inspection of major modules in vendor yard.
Ensure equipment installation is correct and in line with the FPSO layout drawings.
Develop Manual Operating Procedures, Start-up and Shutdown Procedures, risk assessments and other related operating procedures.
Manage effectively and efficiently the FPSO production facility, central control room operation and field operation.
Ensure plant safe start-up and shutdown operation. In-charge for the safe operations of the entire FPSO Topside facilities for the shift using the DCS system.
Focus towards achieving production targets and ensure effective plant facilities availability and operating safely and correctly.
Carry out operation, troubleshooting and monitoring of the subsea system including well testing and ROV operation coordination and communication.
Review process parameters, set points and plant adjustments as required by the mode of operation.
Prepares FPSO Daily Production Report and other production documentation.
Prepares, implements and controls process system and safety operating procedures.
Plans and anticipates spare parts, consumables, chemical and other requirements.
Maintain close working relationship with maintenance and cargo department to ensure all process facilities are in good condition and are run to optimum performance. Ensure preventive maintenance have been carried out safely on time as scheduled and make sure MAXIMO CMMS is updated.
Playing key role in the local staff competency development program.
