FX Sales And Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:

- Link up with existing Shanghai office to accomplish sales and marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
- Implementation of Chinese marketing campaigns across Web, Social Media (QQ and Wechat) and Email Blasts etc.
- Develop and implement strategic plans with Senior Management to build the business and Company brand.
- Identify key marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements; defining market, forecasting projected business.
- Maintain existing customer relationships, and build public relations with new markets.
- Travel overseas to Chinese market to explore opportunities in exhibitions and seminars.
- Using trading systems (CRM, Back-end monitoring and MT4) monitor and track traders performances and update information.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years FX or CFD markets Sales and Marketing experience.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Professional oral and written skills (English and Chinese), including the ability to translate complex financial strategies into clear concepts and concrete action steps.
- Individual should be a proven team player and display the initiative and maturity expected of a leader in the field, supporting the overall client base.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment absorbing information quickly and accurately without error.
- Superior time management skills and multi-tasking abilities to manage live transactions and daily tasks where attention to detail is critical.
- Individual should have efficient problem solving abilities and see issues through to resolution with minimum supervision.
- Individual should be able to take ownership on driving and growing the business along with Senior Management.
