Finance Assistant


The Accounts Executive must be able to work independently and report to the Accountant in all aspect of accounting functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger.
• Prepare commission report and payment on a weekly basis.
• Follow up and ensure with clients on their bank details.
• Keep track and update Fixed Assets list every month.
• Do bank reconciliation monthly and ensure that bank related transactions are not omitted.
• Manage all sales invoices and ensure all information are recorded.
• Check on bank statement on accounts receivable and ensure the amount tally with the sales invoices.
• Key all payment (bank and cash vouchers attached with tax invoice) into MYOB system and ensure proper filling.
• Obtain management approval for credit note relating to customers refund request. Upon approval, prepare credit note and make payment to clients within the day.
• Update and keep track of daily accounting report.
• Manage and keep track of closing stocks, ensure that stocks take are keyed into the system.
• Perform administrative support, data updates and other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting.
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Management or Accounting or any field.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, confident and high adaptability.
• Able to work well with different level of personnel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
