HR and Admin Assistant (Recruitment)


Job scope:

• Handle full aspects of recruitment and selection activities
• Advertising job vacancies by drafting and placing adverts (social media, job portals, newspapers etc)
• Perform full cycle of recruitment including all related documents for onboarding and exit formalities
• HR letters preparation (employment contract, confirmation, salary increment / adjustment / certification / warning and all others etc.)
• Process all Work Permits, Employment Passes, pass conversions, PR applications and other work pass related matters
• Process all police licence application / renewal / cancellation matters (Case Trust Accreditation)
• Manage staff welfare, benefits, insurance and medical claims
• Administer all employees’ personal information, p-file creation, update HR system and all other correspondences
• Attending to preliminary hearings at MOM and resolving employer-staff disputes
• Liaise with government and statutory bodies relating to all employment matters
• Formulate an effective recruitment forecast / plan to meet operation needs and expectations
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma and above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (those in Retail / Service Industry will be of added advantage) and well versed in the use of social media
• Familiar with local MOM and government statutory regulations
• Responsible, meticulous, mature and tenacious
• Able to speak and write bilingually (English / Mandarin)
• Able to commence work immediately
• Only Singaporeans / PRs need apply

Working Hours / Location:
• Mondays - Fridays / 09:30 am to 06:30 pm (location near Somerset MRT)
