Position: Learning and Development Executive
Job Scope:
• Planning, developing and executing training programs (including onboarding sessions, e-learning programs, etc.)
• Managing training budget
• Providing training consultancy to employees and teams
• Analyzing the effectiveness of programs and preparing reports accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in any field
• PG Diploma in Human Resources -OR- ACTA certification
• 3 years of Human Resource related work experience
• Knowledge of MS Office applications

Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Job Scope:
• Ensure efficient delivery of recruitment administration
• Schedule and coordinate between candidates and interviewers by arranging interviews, posting job openings, etc.
• Maintain and keep HR database up-to-date
• Provide admin support during recruitment events
Requirements:
• Diploma in any discipline -OR- ‘O’ Levels with 5 years of experience
• Knowledge of SAP HR module
• Experience in using MS Office applications
• Entry level candidates with the right qualifications are welcome to apply

Position: Recruitment Executive
Job Scope:
• Sourcing, screening and placing candidates as per business requirements
• Involve in manpower planning meetings and build recruitment strategies
• Provide support in recruitment operations related activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Business / Engineering / Science
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Experience in using MS Office applications and SAP HR module
