 Job Description

ICT Executive / Trainer


Management and maintenance of IT/AVA resources
Day-to-day IT operations ensuring that IT run smoothly
Responsible for IT inventory stocks, condemnation of equipment and liaising with vendors for purchase and repairs
Plan, manage, evaluate and implement IT related projects/ assignments
Oversee and assign work to the school Technology Assistant (TA)
Assist in Data management to create and maintain a system for archiving school digital information
Assist HOD ICT in managing the ICT operational and administrative duties e.g. budget management
Advice HOD ICT on ICT procurement matters
Well knowledge in MS Office, CMS and Google Docs
Other tasks include proactively scanning the market for technology trends and new technology tools that support Teaching and Learning and, educate and update school staff.
Any other duties as assigned.

Conduct ICT awareness and usage briefing or training for staff
Conduct P1 to P6 ICT Training e.g MS Office, Internet and Cyber-Wellness (Training may or may not included. It depends on school requirements)
