Leadership Programme Director


Company Background
Cornerstone is a full-fledged education provider with full-range of enrichment programmes serving educational institutions from primary schools to tertiary education centres across Singapore.

We are looking for a suitable Leadership (LDR) Programme Director to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
To further develop, refine and make improvement to our current Shuai Leadership enrichment curriculum
To develop, customise and improve Shuai leadership programme content and best practices with regards to engagement and classroom management.
To liaise closely with our business development team in crafting programme proposal to meet client’s requirement.
To attend any project briefing to understand client’s requirement, learning objectives and deliverables
To attend any sales meeting and assist in providing expert information on the programme to help close sales.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
Age 25 and above with minimum either Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
High level of passion in the field of leadership development.
Must have at least 1 year of leadership content development experience
Must have at least 1 year of leadership enrichment outdoor experience training experience.
Strong entrepreneur mindset, project ownership and commitment are essential.
Possess good conceptualisation skills to understand leadership development methodology and concepts.
Entrepreneur experience is highly desired.
Customer oriented with strong work ethic to meet deadlines on short notice.
Strong sense of project ownership and commitment to see through project implementation is a must.
IT savvy is a must.

Job Type: Project base
Shortlist candidates are expected to undergo 2 rounds of interviews - first on programme planning/development and second on programme delivery competency.
