Learning Mentor/Trainer in Schools

Job Scope

Organise and execute Time-Out Programme.

Passionate in the area of work related to the character development of youths through soft skills and experiential learning.

Work with designated School’s Student Development Team in providing support for at risk students.

Has an eye for detail.

Provide support and guidance in preparing training materials for in-house programmes with at-risk students.

Provide Counselling to Students.

Job Skills and Qualifications
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

-Have prior experience working with at-risk students.
-Have prior experience in designing and implementing student programmes/activities/ workshops.
-Minimum diploma holder. Degree or master in counselling, psychology and/or social work will be an added advantage.
-Familiar with the running of school based Time-Out Programme will be an added advantage.

This position is only open to Singaporean/PR or those who hold valid residency status
