Our Client, a Leading Japanese FandB Chain, has opportunities for dynamic individuals to join the team as:

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (KITCHEN OPERATIONS)

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Understand and perform multi stations of Service / Kitchen / Sushi areas
Duty roster planning, handle staff / customer complaints or issues
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required by the Chef / Manager
Supervise preparation and positioning of crew
Maintain critical standard: holding times, service speed and quality, raw and furnished product quality
Can perform all kitchen and service functions including maintenance
Plan the staff roster
Responsible for staff’s payroll and store personnel files
Uses S.O.P to verify staff performance and give feedback to the management team
Enforces security and safety measures on the shifts

Job Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in culinary studies or related for candidates without experience
Experience in Japanese Restaurant will be advantageous
Able to work under stress and work as a team
Excellent customer service, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Other Information:
Working Location: Island wide
Singaporeans Only
Various allowances
Monthly income up to S$2k (salary will commensurate according to experience and qualifications).
