Managed Services Principal


Key Responsibilities



· Tracks and analyzes trends and future opportunities

· Identifies potential clients and develops client oriented engagement strategies

· Initiates contract with clients presents service offerings

· Bid Management

· Responsibilities for the achievement of targets and objectives across nominated client(s).

· Responsible for developing pipeline and opportunities with selected clients at the executive levels – working alongside the existing account management community.

· Responsible for developing and leading major outsourcing pursuits within clients (S$40m plus)

· Utilize existing industry contacts to bring major opportunities to the organization

· Provides input to commercial assessment of opportunities for final approval by Singapore Leadership Team and or RLT

· To provide input to sector and other business plans as required and communication to internal organization’s stakeholders and client CXOs, both regionally and globally the value of the organization.

· To challenge the status quo and break new ground in the pursuit of commercial advantage in the ICT sector

· To seek innovative ways to expand the business scope of new and existing contracts.

· Develop key relationships with executive level decision makers in targeted companies and with external experts across APAC

· To work with Client Management Team to set direction, to ensure full opportunities within a given business development client are realized

· To assess the business requirements of customers and provide appropriate solutions which are seen to satisfy their business, operational and financial requirements.
· To work with the appropriate sales and presales teams and legal and finance to negotiate a final customer contracts which are acceptable to the organization and the end user.
