Office Administrator

1. Working day and Time:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

2. Job Scope:
- Performing general administrative duties (filing, processing invoices, cheques etc.).
- Updating and restocking office supplies.
- Responding to customer queries and events scheduling via email or phone.
- Handling event logistics based on clients’ specifications.
- Performing ad-hoc duties when required.

3. Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Organised and meticulous.
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Computer literate.
- Singaporean/Permanent Resident (PR) only.
