Operation Executive 3PL - EAST

Responsibilities
Oversees and manage warehouse operations team,
Ensure adherence of SOPs and delivery of team’s performance indicator;
Ensure accuracy of inventories;
Review processes and work flows to ensure effective and efficient warehouse operations;
Strengthen customers, vendors and business partners’ relationship;
Addressing customer queries, concerns and complaints resolutions;
Coordinate cross department operations initiatives;
Audit defined processes and procedures to ensure that they are being followed.
Determine capacity requirements of the operations
Facilitate and lead new ad-hoc projects on top of daily operations as per customer requirements.
Create documentation and work instructions for operations.
Requirements
Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management
At least 3-4 years relevant experience
Competent in Microsoft excel and word
Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
