Sales and Admin Consultant

Urgently Looking for Sales and Admin Consultant !!!

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and co-ordination support to the Sales/Recruitment Consultant.
• Responsible for sales administrative documentation, processes and coordination
• Answering phone calls, attending to walk in customers
• Replying email and follow up with customers
• Preparing Biodatas and update online website.
• Liaising with foreign agents, local government bodies, housemaids and or foreign workers
• Any admin duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above or school leavers
• Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
• Computer Literate
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to speak and write simple English
• Attained CEI

Additional Information:
• Contract - Full Time Positions
• 6 Days Week
• Working hours: 10am to 7pm
• Location : West – Bukit Timah
• Able to start work ASAP
