Under its belt is an impressive track records of high-end residential, commercial and infrastructure developments. Currently undertaking an iconic and landmark project in Singapore, suitable candidates to fill Senior Quantity Surveyor (Building/Infrastructure) position are urgently sought for. Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Assisting Project Manager in the post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects.

Project budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments and settlement of final accounts as well as maintaining proper documentation.
