Transport Coordinator

We are looking for transport coordinator to plan and coordinate our daily and new schedules.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the daily operations runs smoothly and coordinate all transportation matters like routes, schedules and ensuring that vehicles are safe and meet legal requirements
- Assemble and track route information, develop route maps and list for new year and as changes occur. Communicate this information to all impacted parties
- Perform ongoing evaluation of route efficiencies, develop strategies for improvement and report suggested changes
- Educate and assist with ongoing orientation, training and evaluation to the driver and report any concerns
- Prepare reports as required
- Stay up to date with new rules and regulations

Requirements:
- Some work experience as transport coordinators will be idea
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Computer and strong communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Only Singaporean or PR
