The Centre for Youth Work Practice Harnessing Evidence & Research (CYPHER) is the only youth work charity in Singapore grounded in an evidence-based & peer-reviewed framework for youth interventions developed specifically for the local context. Our services are designed to advance professional practice and strengthen the evidence base of youth work as well as allied helping professions, making us the only charity in Singapore dedicated exclusively to this mission.
