Valuable Global Markets Pte.Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of Valuable Capital Group Ltd, (VCGL) who is a strategic partner of SINA Corporation Group and Weibo，was incorporated in 2021 to apply for OTC FX licence with MAS at present.
VGM intends to conduct the following activities and offer trading in the FX products once our license application with MAS is approved in Singapore:
 Dealing in Capital Markets Products  (spot FX and FX derivatives trading instruments)
 Over-the Counter derivatives contracts where the underlying this is currency and currency index
 Spot foreign exchange contracts for the purposes of leveraged foreign exchange trading
