Supafresh Japan was launched in 2020 as an online e-commerce retail concept selling Japanese meat and seafood. We will be embarking on a group-wide and multi-year effort to launch Supafresh as a core Ebb & Flow brand, with the intent of opening an experiential retail space and dining hall.
The General Manager is the visible, operational and ethical leader of the Supafresh brand and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic planning and opening operations. Upon opening, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the brand.
Reporting directly to the CEO, Ebb & Flow Group, you will provide leadership and guidance across all functions under the brand, including but not limited to Guest Experience, Retail Store Operations, Dining Hall Operations, Kiosk Operations and Operations Support.
You aim to develop, maintain and promote a management policy that culminates to high guest and client satisfaction and team engagement, while consistently achieving the mandates of long-term financial and strategic plans. When necessary, you will also be expected to interface regularly with the CEO and the Board to discuss plans to drive financial performance and provide regular updates on business operations.
