Clinic Assistant (Carepal) #HMS
Salary: $9.50 / hour
8am to 5pm – Mon to Fri
Location: Pasir Ris / Marine parade
3 months

• You will represent Polyclinics as a front-line support staff
• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
• HealthierSG duties
o Promote HealthierSG (HSG) enrolment with polyclinic
o Attend to HSG queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy

o Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
o Keep track of enrolment numbers
o Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Assist with crowd control
• Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned
