Job Description:
Coordinating and Reporting with Manager and Team Members
Motivating personnel to high performing standards and Excellence
Responsible for all construction activities of Construction Works for the Project
Ability to plan the sequence of works
Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and quality Methods
Arrange and Conduct Daily Tool Box Talk, Control the labor force(or sub contractor) with his assistance of Supervisor or foreman
Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and submit to CM
In charge in the Inspection of Works and necessary approval by client side (QPS)
If require any traffic, utility or such as diversion which is under his responsible and control in due time with safe manner
Material Control
Ability to use AUTOCAD for amending shop drawing
Checking BBS which sent by Sub-con and co-ordinating with supplier until delivered to site
Preparation of RFI for ongoing Construction works
24 hours standy by the urgent call.
Requirement:
Preferably with LTA experience and familiar with LTA procedure
Possess good analytical and communication skills
Diploma Civil Engineering or above
Min. 3 Year experience
Autocad, Microstation and MS Office
