Job Scope:

• Support the Manager in overseeing the retail operations including reporting of attendance issue, liaison works, system discrepancy, etc
• Assist in answering phone calls & handle enquiries from customers
• Enter issues raised & actions taken into the system
• Provide support to retail operations when required to
• Provide general admin support to the retail stores

Requirements:

• Possess Operations experience from Retail / F&B Industry
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task and work without much supervision
• Able to work on 5 days rotating shift, on weekend & PH

Other Information:

• Location: Town
• Working Hour: 5 Days Rotating Shift (9 Hours Per Shift)
• Salary: Up to $2400 + AWS + VB
