Job Description
In the actual complex and tough context of global BEMT, we must ensure high reactivity vs capacity installation, and global resources optimization vs demand. This situation requires:
1. Key rampup coordinate and execute with high efficiency (Time and Budget)
2. Huge deep dive exercise to drive / guide OEE improvement
3. High Coordination skills to ensure standard tool deploy and evolution management
- Ensure the best utilization of BEMT assets improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- To support operation and make recommendation to management by providing accurate, concise information and directions to operations and management, and drive/ contribute to plant-wide projects for: productivity, robustness & production output growth.
- To drive optimization of resource utilization, adoption of standardized best practices and continuous improvement to achieve manufacturing excellence
- Lead programs comprising several project teams (Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency; Productivity improvement…)
- Capacity management – ensure the alignment of demand with plant capabilities, arbitration on the demand of the CRP versus capacity when needed, demand sustenance, capacity change tracking
- Key ramp-up follow up
- Support on SNOP process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry (preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent)
- Organized, with ample planning and coordination skills/ experience
- Highly efficient, able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong communicator and team player
