Your responsibilities will include in-depth analysing and managing the overall expenses for Private Wealth, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and multi year strategy planning, ensuring that spent is done within budget and justified, to drive disciplined business growth while achieving sustainable Cost Income Ratio. You will actively drive cost optimization and identify opportunities in an effort to achieve productivity and savings. The role also includes Man Power Planning, T-Comp Analysis ensuring that is within (SWP) budget and tracking Front Office Bonus Accruals. You will also work very closely with different departments to formulate business cases for expenditure, staff expenses and strategic projects / initiatives. Lastly, the responsibilities also include rendering support to the team and business for other adhoc business finance work.Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or its equivalent professional certificatesMinimum 7 years’ relevant working experience in banking industryStrong proficiency in MS office especially Excel and power-point.Meticulous, analytical and pro-active in solving problemsAble to multi-task and take on multiple work streamsStrong team player with good communication skillsPossesses drive and initiative and able to work independently
