The Planning, Development & Enablement Manager duties & responsibilities include;

Understanding the higher education sector, NUS Strategy and missionSensing emerging trends, market changes, competition and chatter to identify threats and opportunitiesConduct primary and/or secondary research in risk  and contemporary themes such as work culture, student/graduate perception etc. to identify threats and opportunities for strategyAssist in the development and monitoring of the department and unit's long-term and short-term workplans and performanceAssist in the analysis of business proposals and formulation of initiatives to materialize strategySupport the alignment of processes and resource planning with the department goals and overall strategyImplement business process improvements initiatives in line with strategy and digital enablement effortsAssist the monitoring of key dates and preparation of materials required for meetings and reportingLead as project manager and/or participate as team member for unit/cross-functional initiatives to achieve intended goals and objectives for the unit, department and/or universityQualifications

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in organizational development, strategic planning and/or project managementUnderstanding of market research and data analysisKnowledge of business operations and procedures, with a process improvements and innovation mindsetDemonstrable strategic thinking abilities, with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitudeGood presentation, organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive work attitude, agile and adaptable to learn and thrive in a dynamic and fast pace environmentIndependent and self-drive personality with an eye for details who is also an effective collaborator who is able to connect and collaborate well with various stakeholders.Covid-19 Message
