Establish business plans for your branch to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will develop marketplace opportunities, lead sales pursuits, oversee internal processes, and provide employee leadership in the achievement of common goals. You will also ensure a safe and engaged workforce and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the district manager, peers at a pole level, employees and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Overall accountability for the delivery of projects to the required quality, safety, schedule, and budget.
  • Effectively manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, resources, communications, commercials, contract, and procurement (includes invoicing and billing), and internal and external stakeholders, on the assigned suite of projects.
  • Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to assigned project personnel.
  • Drive the Honeywell safety culture through demonstrated understanding, commitment and action supporting the organization’s safety and environmental requirements/regulations and ensure project personnel observe and operate both Honeywell and customer safe systems of work, complying with all legislation and safety requirements.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Manage effective communications with all project stakeholders.
  • Manage risks and regular communication of risks to management.
  • Manage detailed planning and scheduling of the projects.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing Automation projects
  • Extensive experience in Oil & Gas, preferably Off-Shore
