Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily administration and personnel management of a Group of companies, assisting superiors in handling daily work
  • Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall Group strategy and planning, including manpower structure, role and duties for companies under the Group
  • Establish and improve the human resources and administrative management system including setting up HR policy and procedures
  • Oversee the recruitment function. Source for potential candidates through various channels such as social media platform (e.g. Jobstreet). Manage end to end hiring processes. This includes posting of job advertisements, shortlisting, assessments, interviews and onboarding and maintenance of employee personal file
  • Responsible for processing of payroll
  • Assess training needs and recommend suitable training course for staffs
  • Conduct performance appraisal for the staffs and keep track of staff attendance
  • Provide employees with the opportunities for professional/ personal development. Manage staff promotion/recognition when necessary
  • Foster a positive working culture/company culture and boost staff morale
  • Plan and coordinate company’s events/meetings and ensure they are successfully carried out
  • Be responsible for staff welfare and other social security management according to statutory requirements
  • Responsible for management of overall office facilities and foster a safe working environment
  • Responsible for registration and renewal of patents, brand, license etc
  • Responsible for setting up and maintenance of corporate documents including incorporation certificates, company seals and application for deregistration if necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR /business admin or related field
  • Min 5 years of experience as a HR and Administrative Manager or equivalent position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of Companies Act is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of UBS payroll system is an added advantage
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and HR software applications
