• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, including appraisal, headcount, leave & benefits administration, HR events, and HR payment processing.
• Support the implementation of the One RO HR System Project through HR data preparation, cleansing, migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, user guides, and provide first-level system support and user training during implementation.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, track project progress, and ensure proper documentation of project activities.
• Support ad hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with the HR team throughout the project lifecycle.
