We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles.

Job Description:

• Process banking transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information in the bank's systems.
• Support the preparation and verification of banking documentation and operational reports.
• Identify customers' financial needs and refer suitable banking products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, or investment products, to the relevant teams.
• Handle cash and cheque transactions in accordance with established operational procedures (where applicable).
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth branch or back-office operations.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer requests and operational matters in a timely manner.
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and complete mandatory compliance and product training.
