Responsibilities

  • Assist in issuing new business, renewal and endorsement documents
  • Manage policy documentation and insurance related administrative matters
  • Assist to answer email and phone enquiries from customer care, intermediaries, and business units
  • Initiate and support system enhancements and User Acceptance Testing
  • Maintain service standards to customers by ensuring the accuracy of policy documentation
  • Assist with any other ad-hoc duties assigned
