Working Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Job Scope:

• Ensure all HR-related documents are properly filed and maintained in accordance with company procedures
• Support the updating and maintenance of employee records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Assist in processing onboarding information for new hires and offboarding records for departing employees
• Perform HR administrative activities in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the HR Shared Services function
• Maintain accurate records in the HR system (e.g. myHR) in compliance with standard operating procedures
• Provide support for other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

* Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

* No experience required as training provided
