Job scope:

  • Front counter duties
  • Registration of walk-in patients
  • Preparation of patient documentation
  • Conducting financial counselling
  • Handling payment collection
  • Reconciling daily collections
  • Responding to patient phone inquiries
  • Managing email correspondence
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Min N / O / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
  • Some experienced in admin / Customer service / healthcare is preferred
