• Assist and support key institutional and student life activities, including Orientation and Convocation and ad-hoc student activities.
• Communicate with new students on orientation enquiries via phone, email or over the counter.
• To chaperone students for learning journeys or sport activities organised outside the campus.
• To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead
